WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS HR SPECIALIST ROLE?

• Be a part of a dynamic and passionate HR team
• Help develop and support all HR initiatives, policies, procedures & systems in Prague headquarters and bureaus (Balkan and Central Asian countries)
• Support recruitment processes (e. g. generate job descriptions, post job advertisements, etc.)
• Participate in applicant screening, testing & interviewing
• Pre-onboarding, onboarding, and assistance to new employees
• Work on special projects depending on one's areas of interest and expertise

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Someone with a great attitude, desire to learn, and excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English is required, Russian and Czech language skills highly desirable
• Minimum of two years HR-related experience and 4 years total work experience
• Good knowledge of Czech labor law and compliance helpful

This is a locally recruited full-time position on a one-year assignment initially, with the possibility of extension for an open-ended contract after one year.  The opportunity is only open to applicants with the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.
